Can I make my printouts shorter while keeping my classes lined up?
1. First, you need to make sure that your classes are lined up. Go to the "Rearrange & Filter" button next to the date on your planbook.
2. Under "Line Up Classes" press the button to the right and make sure it is "On"
3. Then click "Print" at the top of your planbook page, to the right of the "Settings" icon.
4. Under the "Print or Download" page make sure that you select "None" under "Page Breaks"
5. Once that is selected, then you are all set to "Print" or "Download"
Can I print just one class (or a few classes)?
The ability to print a day, week, or month is only available in Cc Pro.
If you would like to print or download just one class (this also works for printing just a few classes), you can do so by selecting "Rearrange & Filter", and deselecting the classes you don't want to appear on your print out.
