Navigate Dates

There are multiple ways to navigate dates in your planbook. If you want to easily show the previous week or the coming week on your planbook, simply click the left or right arrows on your planbook page.

Shows what you planbook looks like from the weekly view and indicates the arrows that let you navigate from week to week.

If you're on the day calendar, you'll move by a day, If you're on the week calendar, you'll move by one week, etc.

If you want to jump to a date, then click on the large date on the top of your screen and a calendar will pop up. Select the day you want to be taken to and click on that in the calendar and you will be taken to your planbook for that day, week, or month.

Shows the calendar that pops up when you click the large date at the top of your planbook.

Line-Up Classes

1. On the top of your planbook screen, next to the date, click on the "Rearrange & Filter" icon

2. Under "Line Up Classes" click the button to "On"

Shows the Line Up Classes page and indicates clicking the On button.

3. That's it! As you scroll down, you'll notice that your classes are each displayed in a single row, so that the top of each lesson is lined up.

Note: When your classes are lined up, they will not be displayed in the order that you see on the adjust schedule screen.

Reorder Lined-Up Classes

1. Click on the "Rearrange & Filter" icon on the top of your planbook screen. Make sure that your classes have already been lined up.

2. Under "Filter Classes" click and drag the dots next to the classes that you want to reorder. Congrats, that's all you need to do!

Shows the Filter Classes page and indicates what you select to drag the classes around.

Collapse & Expand Lesson Plans

1. Click on the "Rearrange & Filter" icon on the top of your planbook screen. Next to "Collapse Classes" press the "On" button.

Shows the Collapse Classes page and indicatess the On button.

Don't worry! Your lessons still exist. They're just collapsed so that you can easily see all the titles for all your lesson plans. Also, collapsing your lessons doesn't change their order at all, so if they're lined up when you collapse them, they'll stay lined up, and if not, you'll see them in the order of your normal weekly schedule.

2. To expand individual lessons, just click "Expand" below any lesson you want to expand.

Shows what a collapsed card looks like and indicates the Expand button.

3. To collapse a lesson, just click "Collapse" at the bottom of your expanded lesson.

Indicates the Collapse button on an expanded card.

Tip: If you collapse your lessons when they're already lined up, or if you line them up when they're already collapsed, then you'll see just the lesson titles for all your classes lined up into neat rows. This is super useful when you want to quickly answer the question "Before I even start writing my lessons, what should I even teach this week?"

Filter Classes (Only Show Specific Classes)

1. Click on the "Rearrange & Filter" icon on the top of your planbook screen. Under "Filter Classes"

Shows the Filter Classes section under the Rearrange & Filter page.

2. Click on the classes that you would like to hide and they will be crossed out under the "Filter Classes" page and they will also not appear on your planbook.

Shows what the Filter Classes section will look like when you hide some classes but not others.

3. If you no longer want to filter your classes, and want to see them all on your planbook again, just click the "Show all classes" button and they will reappear on your planbook!

Shows the Filter Classes page and indicates the button for where you can show all your classes again.
