Name of School/District
Contact Person and Address
Number of Teachers (Rounded up to the closest multiple of 5). Plans start at 5 teachers.
Desired Invoice Type/Date
Then we either:
Option 1:
Send you an invoice. You can then pay us with:
A personal check mailed to 8 Market Place Suite 300 Baltimore, MD 21202
Credit or Debit Cards over e-invoices (We accept Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa)
Option 2:
Send you a quote so that you can use it to generate a Purchase Order. If you need to do a Purchase Order but you don’t need a quote and can go straight to invoice, that is great too!
