Hey. It's Jen. I'm gonna show you real quick how to edit the templates for your classes. So first stop, the templates are anything and everything that you don't wanna have to copy and paste every day.

Accessing Lesson Templates

This is what's gonna show up in your lesson automatically before you even edit anything. So to do this, you're gonna go to your settings button in your nav bar and then click on templates, and then over on the left, you will see your classes. Then on the right, you will see the templates that are currently attached to that class. You can also change your template by clicking here, and then you can choose from our gallery.

Choosing and Creating Templates

We have a lot of already premade templates. You can choose from one of those if you like. You can also create your own. You can also just go ahead and edit the template that's already attached to that class.

Customizing a Template

So I'm gonna go ahead and edit my template for my period one. So this is currently what shows up in my period one before I even have edited the lesson.

If I want to get rid of some of these, I can. Let's say that I don't want a procedure procedure section in my template. I can click the little trash can to delete it. And let's say I do want to add a card because I want to write notes for myself for that class, so I'm gonna add a notes card. You can also add in files, anything from Google. You can add in a link if you want to. So I'm gonna add in a link here.

Adding Links to Templates

Just title this link.

Add link. So I put that. So maybe this is a website that you go to every day for your period one or something you use frequently. You can put it right in your template. That way, you don't have to have it opened in another page, and you can just have it all right here.

Adding Text into a Card

Let's say, also, maybe there's something, some text I wanna put, into a card. So if I want that to automatically show up, you just type it in there. I'm gonna hit done.

Template Updates

Close out of this. And then one thing to note is that if you already have lessons edited, it's not going to update the template for those days. So, like, this week, I already have lessons, so it did not update this template. I'm gonna go to the next week where I don't have any lessons yet and show you how the template updated.

So here, you'll see the text I typed in. You'll see the card that I added. The card that I deleted isn't there anymore, and, also, the link that I added is right there. So you can edit the template for each of your classes individually.

Customizing Templates for Different Classes

So if I go back to templates, I just edited period one. But if I want my period three template to be different, I can edit that and put in anything I need for period three, and same thing for my other classes. So I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please reach out.
