The fact that each section of my day is separated with colors, really helps my brain organize. I used to use a notebook and highlight with different colors, but this planner does it for me!!! :) Thank you! The clean, clear layout is simply wonderful. Also, I love the fact that I can basically set up any feature that I need on this planner, exactly how I want it!

I have tried many online lesson planners and was ready to just give up on them. Then, I found CP! You don't have to be a techie type of person to use it! I absolutely LOVE how easy it is to set up and it's a breeze moving plans when needed.

This is literally the best planning software I have used. I have used a bunch! I started with Teachers Toolbox (yeah I'm that old I used Windows 3.1), Chalk, My Lesson Planner, Planbookedu, even tried to make my own to incorporate the standards etc. I have been using Common Planner for many years, so long I was grandfathered in from a free plan to a full plan. As well, thanks to Scott, he has provided my graduate students with a free two year trial of Common Planner—they LOVE IT TOO. They cannot explain how helpful it is to their learning and planning for student teaching etc....

This is the best online planner that I have used for several different reasons:

Simplicity: There are several formats and it can be [customized] to the teacher, and I prefer simple, clean designs, easy to understand, visually appealing, and CC provides that.

Cost: It is free. That allowed me to try it and find out that I love it.

It is so easy to use. I have always done my lesson plan as a word document because I found other programs difficult. When the principal suggest we switch to this I rolled my eyes but what a pleasant surprise! I will never go back.

I love how organized it keeps me and all the information I can enter rather than writing it all! I will never go back to a paper planner again

This has been a lifesaver for me! I teach four different preps and this has been the most efficient and effective way to create lesson plans. I've tried different lesson plan templates over the course of my 16 years of teaching, and I have to say that these are my favorite by far!

Best lesson planning software I have used.

The interface is great and easy to read. That's really my number one. Competitors do not have a good looking product; it looks like it's straight out of DOS. I like how other people, like interventionists and support staff can view my plans as well.
