Sometimes, you want to change a specific date from one day in your rotating schedule into another, without affecting any of the days afterwards.

For example, you might want this Thursday to change from an "A Day" into a "C Day" but you don't want to change Friday or any of the days after it. This sort of thing normally happens after holidays and other days without school.

1. Select the day you would like to change and click the button with the three dots to the right of the date tab.

Shows example of what a rotating day may look like in your planbook.

2. On the Day Menu select "Change Rotation Day"

Shows the Day Menu and highlights Change Rotation Day.

3. Under the "Change the rotation" icon, select which day you would like to change to.

For example, in this example the day is currently set to a "B Day" but we are changing it to an "A Day"

Shows what Change the rotation looks like, giving the example of changing from a B Day to an A Day.

4. Click "Change the Day" and the day will be changed in your planbook!
