Update Credit Card Information
To update your credit card, on your home screen click "Account" in the top right corner of your screen. Then, under "Subscription" click the button that says "Manage billing/Change Card/Download Receipts"
NOTE: Please do NOT email us your card number and NEVER put a card number into plain text.
Failed Payments
If for any reason (expired card, cancelled card, lost or stolen card, etc.), your payments fail, we will send you reminder emails to update. You will receive three emails with a personal and secure link.
Updated Credit Card
One weird situation where your payments won’t fail is if your credit card company updates for you. If your physical card is replaced (even if that results in a new number) because of a loss or destroyed card, sometimes your company just automatically send the new number to every vendor that you had already authorized.
