You can copy lessons or units from your own or your colleague's planbook by following these steps!

Copy Lessons, Weeks, Months, or Units from other Planbooks

1. Go to the Lesson Menu on the day that you want you imported lessons to start. Click "Import Lessons & Units"

Shows the Lesson Menu and highlights the Import Lessons & Units button.

2. Select the class you want to import from. Then select the lesson(s) or unit(s) you want by clicking on the check mark next to the title - make sure they turn blue to know they have been properly selected.

Has an arrow pointing toward the button you must press to ensure that your lessons or units have been properly selected.

3. Then click the "Import" button at the bottom of the page.

Here you will also see how many unit(s) and/or lesson(s) that you are importing. If the numbe

r shown does not match the number you want to import, check to see if you selected the correct items.

Shows what the import button may look like indicating how many units and/or lessons you would like to import.

4. You will then see the selected imported items appear in order in your planbook!

Alternatively, open a planbook in another tab and use the copy and paste buttons.

To copy between planbooks, open one planbook in one tab or window, and then open the second planbook in another tab or window. Go to the Lesson Menu of the lesson plan you want to copy in the first planbook and select "Copy." Then switch windows, and go to the Lesson Menu where you want to paste the lesson and select "Paste."
