Copy & Paste Cards
1. Hover over the card that you want to copy and when the 3 dots to the right pop up, click the ...Menu. You'll get a Card Menu. Click Copy Card.
2. Then, go to where you would like to paste the card and click the Paste Card icon from the Card Menu.
Copy & Paste Lessons
1. Go to the lesson that you want to copy and click the button with the three dots to the right in your lesson title.
2. On the Lesson Menu click Copy Lesson.
3. Then go to the lesson that you would like to paste your lesson to, click the button with the three dots in the lesson title, on the Lesson Menu click Paste Lesson and then you're all done!
Copy & Paste Days
1. Go the the day that you would like to copy and click the button with the three dots to the right of the date.
2. On the Day Menu click Copy.
3. Then go to the day that you would like to paste your other day to and click the button with the three dots to the right of the date, on the Day Menu click Paste and then you're all done!
Copy & Paste Standards
1. Hover over the standard in the card that you want to copy. Click the layered paper icon which will copy that one standard.
2. Move your cursor to the place in any card you want to the standard to be and right click for "paste".
If you have multiple standards on a card that you want to copy, you can copy & past the whole card.
Copying an Entire Week of Lessons
To copy a full week of lessons, you’ll want to use the Import Lessons & Units feature. This option is particularly useful when you want to duplicate a set of lessons for another week. Follow these steps:
Go to the first day in the week where you want the copied lessons to appear.
Open the lesson menu and select Import Lessons & Units.
From the options provided, select the planbook you’re currently working in.
Select the lessons of the week you want to copy from the source planbook.
Confirm the import to paste the selected week’s lessons into the target week.
