Copy Last Year’s Planbook

  1. Go to the Home Page and Select "Copy Planbook"

Shows what you planbooks look like on the homepage.

2. Under "Choose a planbook to copy" select the school year and name of the planbook you want to copy.

3. Under "Confirm classes to copy" select or deselect the classes that you wish to copy. Classes are automatically selected to be copied, so if you don't want to copy a specific class than simply click it to deselect it.

4. Under "Give the planbook a title" write your new planbook title

Shows Step 3 where you give your planbook a title.

5. When asked "Do you want to copy the lessons, too?" select if you would like to copy your lessons and units or if you would like blank lessons.

Shows Step 4 where you select if you want to copy lessons and units too or not.

6. Whether you select yes or no to the previous question, you will be taken to this screen for you to confirm that everything is set up correctly. Once confirmed, click "Looks good! Create my planbook!"

Shows Step 5 where you confirm everything is correct and create your new planbook.
